As a jewelry designer I continue to only want happy customers. If on delivery you are unhappy with what you have received, then please return within 14 days, for a full refund minus postage. I must insist on insured postage for any returns. Plus the piece must be in exactly the same condition as when it was sent to you unworn, clean, and unbroken. I always package my jewelry very carefully to avoid any mishaps in the postal system, and always send trackable & insured delivery.

If within 14 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
